Just wanted to let you know I am sleeping (and walking) completely pain free!!! Thanks so much - your instincts were right on. I was fairly sore all over on Sunday (even my back which you didn't touch) but walked 3 miles and have been sleeping like a baby ever since. Yeah!!!
How are you?! I am so glad to see you on here! I think about you often. It seems God has been bringing a lot of people my way that are in desparate need of CST! As you know I only have the beginning training, so I tell them ALL about you. Who knows who actually goes over. It would be awesome if they all did wouldnt it? What a different world we would live in. I am about 3 weeks or so away from being done with my licensing for Massage Therapy. I am SO EXCITED! FINALLY! I REALLY, REALLY want to further my education in CST. Do you need a different license to practice CST? Are you still teaching?
Your kindness and skill have been a great motivation for me, I really want you to know that. After Jason's accident it really made me realize that people need to hear how wonderful they are while we can still tell them. Even though we have only really met once, what you did and were willing to do I have not forgotten :). I look forward to hopefully many more meetings with you, especially now that I can actually get away for a few hours without a hip ornament, haha!
I love your picture by the way! You guys look so happy!
Hello Tanga.
I wanted to thank you both personally and on behalf of Moms Group for the outstanding introduction to meditation. I felt the same sense of peace and relaxation that I always felt coming out of your pilates classes. By the end of the day Thursday, I had spoken with two of the other moms who also got a lot out of the time you spent with us. They both asked that I send along your contact information. One of the moms said that she may have some business to refer to you for yoga instruction.
Anyway...I very much appreciate the time and thought you put into coming and sharing your knowledge and experiences with us. And the "hands-on" moments of meditation nicely complimented the explanation. You handled the group and our time together beautifully. I don't know if you had a chance to count, but I think I counted 13 moms. That is just short of full attendance. Speakers usually draw the best crowds and your subject brought almost everyone to the meeting. You may not think of yourself as a public speaker, but your presentation even exceeded my hopes and expectations. I just knew you were the perfect person to ask when the group brought up having someone come to talk about meditation. Thank you for your willingness and generosity with your time.
With much appreciation,
Melinda
Tanga,
I wanted to thank you for the remarkable results of my session last Monday! I don't want to go on and on with superlatives, but you need to know how well I have been since. I noticed a great difference when I left you and drove to Providence Hospital to visit a friend. I felt settled, in control and peaceful .......even in bad traffic. I have been sleeping very well; have more energy, better attitude and generally feel much younger! I feel I have discovered a great thing here, and want to learn more. I even told Pastor Carol at church last Sunday about the wonderful results.
I feel I do have to take care of my back and you suggested a session to teach me a yoga technique. If you might book me some time next week, (Feb 18-22) I will confirm

It is eerily scary at how much I can relate to your comments!!!! Loving thy self does not mean justification for ones actions. Or meant to utilize it as a reason to be more selfish and or lazy. In our society those traits need little encouragement.... However through meditation, you can cleanse your mind without the negative elements our every environment can produce.

Hi Tanga,
Just wanted to give you some feedback --
My tx yesterday was fantastic! My back today feels like I got a real "back" tx from a pro!
I also noticed that I let go of a lot of stuff/toxins yesterday -- I must have went pee a gallon before I left your house, and then had to go again a lot when I got home, and then I pooped 3 times between then and this morning (I'm usually quite regular - no probs), so I was getting rid of a lot of stuff that my body apparently didn't need. Which might have been contributing to feeling "grouchy" or "cranky" in my back, I don't know. Anyways, I feel great today, and I thank you again for all your hard work!
I hope your back is doing super today, too!
Miss Tanga,
Your emails are a pleasant balm to the wounds that arise from the stress of every day life!!! I appreciate them much!! Have a great week!
My best,
Hello Tanga
we are Arizona. He has been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer so we are here for treatment. He will have surgery on the 19th and then when we get the final pathology report back we will know if additional treatments are needed. Thank you for your inspiration.
Because of your yoga, we developed much greater strength which is helping both of us. We are better prepared to deal with the stress we are experiencing by continuing to exercise on our own. Ron has lost 25 pounds due to a diet his doctor put him on and he is stronger so that will all make his recovery from the surgery better.
Thank you for the impact you have made in our lives. If you could squeeze us in on your prayer list, we'd appreciate it. Ron has two brothers, both had prostate cancer at a young age and one now has it in his arm which is very unusual.
Hi Tanga,
I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for your continued words of peace and inspiration. Some speak louder than others but a lot are exactly what i needed to hear. I believe God speaks through you in a very powerful way. Thank you for paying attention. I hope all is well with you and hope I will be able to drop in on your class again sooner than later. Have a great day and take care.
Best wishes, Andee
Oh Tanga, If you only new how many times you have lifted my thoughts and spirits, and I send everything to my Mother who also thinks you are a great person! Thank you for taking the time to make this life more special and educational for us all. BIG HUGS, Tavine
Dear Tanga
Thank you so much for Off the Mat. I look forward to its arrival each week; always filled with much encouragement, always something I need to hear; words of wisdom from amazing people such as yourself.
It’s been a long winter here on Dutch and as it continues Off The Mat has been a touch of sunshine helping me to get me through each week while awaiting Spring’s arrival.
Peace
Anne
Hello Tanga,
I just wanted you to know that I have a "Tanga" folder in my email files. I look forward to your emails each week and forward the wisdom onto my husband. We just moved into a new home this week. My husband entered an out patient alchohol re-hab about 6 weeks ago....he is shifting into a better place. We have been in the dark for quit some time. Needless to say the stress in my life is overwhelming at times and I feel like we are given what we need to get through and grow. Your "spirit" has helped me get through many moments and even though I have yet to "act" on the wisdom you send.....I am filing it away. Today I will take 5 minutes of silence for myself.
Thank you.....without even knowing each other well, you have a way of making me look directly into the heart and soul of who I am and not forget the truth. I will be in touch.....
Jen
